The Family Hub Membership Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Membership

  •  All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, members gain access to exclusive benefits, events, and content. However, please note that The Family Hub's digital content will become available starting January 2025.

2. Event and Service Add-Ons

  •  Payments for specific events, workshops, or additional services offered by The Family Hub are subject to their individual cancellation and refund policies, as communicated during booking.

3. Membership Cancellations & Renewal Management

  •  Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent automatic renewal. To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the renewal date. Once canceled, access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current subscription term, after which no further payments will be processed.

4. Special Cases for Membership Pauses

  •  Requests for membership pauses due to personal hardship, medical reasons, or significant life changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. No Refunds for Partial Use

  •  Partial or limited use of membership benefits during the subscription term does not qualify for refunds or credits.

6. Special Pricing Offer

  •  Members who take advantage of the early introductory offer of AED 997 (instead of the regular price of AED 1,450) lock in this price for life as long as their membership remains active.
  •  Access to this offer is only valid on “Annual Membership” and the offer is open from November 13th, 2024 to December 16th, 2024.
  •  If a member cancels their membership, they will not be able to rejoin at this special rate in the future. Upon rejoining, they will be subject to the current standard pricing.
